Humphries Contracting Solutions Inc. is looking for experienced, reliable carpenters to join our growing team in Halifax and surrounding areas!

We’re a full-service contracting company with a strong focus on light commercial construction, along with residential projects. We’re looking for people who take pride in their workmanship, show up ready to work, and want to be part of a dependable team that values quality over shortcuts.

WHAT WE DO

HCS Inc. provides a wide range of construction and carpentry services, including:

Custom home construction and framing
Custom garage packages built to specification
Residential renovations and remodeling
Light commercial construction and building projects
All aspects of commercial and residential carpentry, from framing and structural work to finishing and renovations
Project coordination and end-to-end project management

We take pride in doing things right, maintaining professional standards, and delivering quality results for our clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for experienced, reliable carpenters with a well rounded skill set and the ability to work on a variety of projects.

3–5 years of construction experience preferred
Experience in all aspects of carpentry, including both commercial and residential work
The ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Their own basic hand tools and safety boots
A strong work ethic and a willingness to work as part of a team
A reliable, professional attitude and pride in their workmanship
We’re interested in capable carpenters who know their trade, work safely, and understand the importance of showing up and getting the job done right.
