Storm Craft Roofing And Exteriors provides roofing, exterior renovation, and construction services for residential properties. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and motivated Construction Workers to join our team. The successful candidates will assist with various construction and exterior renovation projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

## Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Worker, you will assist our team with a variety of residential construction and exterior renovation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with roofing installations, roof repairs, and other roofing-related work.
- Helping with exterior renovation and general construction projects.
- Loading, unloading, carrying, and organizing construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Preparing job sites before work begins and cleaning up after projects are completed.
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks as required.
- Using basic hand tools and power tools safely under appropriate supervision.
- Removing old roofing materials, construction debris, and other unwanted materials.
- Setting up ladders, work areas, and equipment while following safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Following instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
- Working collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Following all applicable workplace health and safety requirements, particularly when working at heights.

## Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous construction, roofing, or exterior renovation experience is an asset but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn new skills and work in a hands-on construction environment.
- Physically capable of lifting materials, carrying equipment, and performing manual labour.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work at heights and on ladders where required, subject to appropriate training and safety requirements.
- Must be willing to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is an advantage.
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are assets.
