BRS Concepts is hiring three AZ Truck Drivers for a full-time opportunity with an established client in Stratford, Ontario.

This is a great opportunity for experienced commercial drivers seeking consistent local work, with no long-haul or cross-border driving.

Available Shifts

Three shifts are available:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Please note: Shift timings are tentative and may be adjusted based on operational requirements. Each shift will be approximately 8 working hours.

Fixed shifts are preferred where possible.

Shift rotation may also be discussed during the interview.

An additional night shift premium will be offered for the night shift.

Shift selection is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to successful screening and selection. Candidates should mention their preferred shift when applying.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a tractor-trailer for local movements between the client's warehouse and customer facility.

Perform drop-and-hook operations.

Safely transport trailers carrying automotive stamping products.

Conduct vehicle inspections and follow safety procedures.

Maintain communication with dispatch and follow the assigned schedule.

Requirements

Valid Ontario AZ driver's licence.

Experience operating a tractor-trailer.

Previous experience with drop-and-hook operations is an asset.

Strong safety awareness and a reliable work ethic.

Availability to work the selected shift consistently.

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time, Monday to Friday.

8-hour shifts.

$25 per hour, plus an additional night shift premium for night shift drivers.

Possible weekend overtime based on operational requirements.

Local driving within Stratford, Ontario.
