Blast-Off & Hespeler Powder Coating is hiring a hands-on Working Project Manager to lead sandblasting and mechanical projects in Cambridge and the surrounding area for our group of missfits and monkeys

You’ll coordinate crews, manage active job sites, communicate with clients and staff, and step in on-site when required. This is for someone practical, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of field work.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
• Clear, professional spoken and written English
• Experience managing industrial, sandblasting, mechanical, fabrication, or related projects
• Ability to supervise crews, schedule work, and keep projects on track
• Strong safety awareness and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in an active job-site environment
