Realsphere Property Group is a well-established property maintenance company providing services to residential and commercial properties, including lawn care, snow removal, and year-round property maintenance.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Crew Lead and Crew Members/Labourers to join our team.

WORK SCHEDULE

    ●    Summer: Typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
    ●    Winter: Weather-dependent hours, including weekends and extended shifts.

CREW MEMBERS / LABOURERS

    ●    Assist with lawn care, snow removal, ice control, and property maintenance.
    ●    Physically fit and able to lift, push, pull, bend, and kneel.
    ●    Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
    ●    Shifts typically range from 8–10 hours.
    ●    Experience is an asset, but training is available.

CREW LEAD

    ●    Previous leadership experience preferred.
    ●    Minimum 25 years of age.
    ●    Valid Alberta driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
    ●    Drive a company pickup truck and trailer.
    ●    Ensure crew safety and equipment readiness.
    ●    Complete timesheets and paperwork accurately.
    ●    Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
    ●    Able to work shifts of 8–12 hours outdoors in all weather conditions.

IMPORTANT: Reliable transportation to our South Edmonton shop is essential, as public transportation is limited in the area.
