Concore Concrete Ltd. (North Vancouver, serving Greater Vancouver) is hiring ONE serious, long-term worker for concrete coring, cutting (slab/wall sawing), and selective demolition on commercial, municipal, and civil job sites. We also do GPR concrete scanning. WorkSafeBC-compliant on every site.

MUST HAVE: minimum 2 years construction experience — required, please do not apply without it. Concrete coring, cutting or demolition experience is a strong asset. Physically fit (lifting up to 50 lbs, outdoor work in all weather), reliable, punctual, safety-first, legally entitled to work in Canada. Valid BC driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites across the Lower Mainland is an asset.

This is permanent, full-time, long-term work — NOT casual, seasonal, or short-term. Starting pay $23.50/hour, with a pay review and potential raise after the first year based on performance, reliability, and skills learned. Hands-on training on professional equipment provided. Position available now.
