4. Cleanliness & Food Safety Standards: Knowledge of proper sanitation protocols, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, and maintaining a hygienic workspace.

5. Efficiency & Speed: Ability to work quickly under pressure to keep clean dishes, utensils, and cookware continuously available for peak service hours.

6. Positive Attitude & Willingness to Learn: A cooperative demeanor, willingness to follow instructions, and open to taking on extra kitchen setup or closing duties as needed.
