WARNING – Hamilton Pool and Spa / Blair Jordan Ruch

Please be cautious when dealing with Blair Jordan Ruch, operating as Hamilton Pool and Spa (289-933-0693), in the Hamilton area.

I paid a 50% deposit, followed by an additional $300 after he claimed he needed money to pick up the parts. Since receiving payment, communication has gone silent, and the promised installation date has long passed.

I have the invoice, payment records, and full chat history to support my experience. I’ve also attached relevant photos.

Do your research before sending this individual any money. Search his name online and read the reviews for yourself. He has nothing but bad reviews.

If you’ve had a similar experience or need more information, feel free to contact me.
