Heat treatment kills bed bugs and their eggs at every stage, with no sprays and no chemical smell. I heat the space to 50-60°C and hold it there for several hours, checking the temperature with sensors so no corner stays cool. I show up when I say I will, keep it discreet, and give you the price before I start. Quotes are free. Send a few photos and I can usually price your job the same day.

- Larger homes, multi-unit and landlord jobs: free quote, discounts for multiple units

EVERY TREATMENT INCLUDES
- A simple prep checklist (what to bag, what to take out, what to leave)
- Temperature monitoring the whole time
- A follow-up check 2 to 3 weeks later

These are starting prices for typical homes. Heavy clutter, large furniture loads or severe activity can add to the cost, and you'll always get a firm price before I start. Heat only, no pesticides used. In apartments and condos, the suites beside yours should be checked too.
