What We Are Looking For

Successful applicants will have:

Extensive wood-frame construction experience

The ability to read architectural and structural drawings

Experience with floors, walls, roofs and backframing

Experience installing prefabricated wall panels

A strong understanding of construction sequencing

Consistent attendance and reliability

A professional attitude and strong work ethic

The ability to contribute to or lead a high-performing crew

A proven record of safe, accurate and efficient production
