Duties

Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals.
Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and ensuring a positive salon experience.
Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide innovative services.
Requirements
Proven experience or training in hair styling and grooming techniques.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.

Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while focusing on client needs.
