Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and motivated individual to join our team as a Gas Bar Cashier at Esso. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle cash transactions accurately, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
* Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash responsibly.
* Assist customers with fuel purchases and in-store products.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and store.
* Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
* Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
* Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications

* Previous cashier or customer service experience is an asset.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash accurately.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, as required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
