As our business continues to grow, we’re looking to build a roster of dependable cleaning associates who can support our team as new jobs and client bookings come in.

About the Role

This is a flexible, on-call opportunity ideal for someone looking to pick up cleaning work based on their availability. Rather than working a fixed weekly schedule, associates will be contacted when jobs become available and can accept assignments that fit their schedule.

Work opportunities will vary depending on client demand, business needs, and your availability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and can maintain a consistent standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning as assigned.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Complete dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and other standard cleaning duties.
• Follow ORÍA’s cleaning procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and professional approach to every assignment.
• Communicate promptly regarding availability, scheduling, and job completion.
• Handle clients’ homes, belongings, and private spaces with care and respect.
• Work independently or alongside the ORÍA team, depending on the assignment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in different environments and adapting to varying cleaning requirements.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn ORÍA’s standards.
• Flexible availability and the ability to accept occasional assignments.
• Reliable transportation is an asset, particularly for jobs across different locations.
