We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Snow Removal & Maintenance Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

-Perform snow removal from sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, and other designated areas.
-Operate snow removal equipment and use hand tools as required.
-Apply ice melt and de-icing materials to maintain safe walkways and surfaces.
-Perform general property maintenance and seasonal outdoor duties.
-Ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
-Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications:

-Reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
-Able to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions.
-Able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks.
-Experience in snow removal, landscaping, or property maintenance is an asset.
-Valid driver's license is an asset but not mandatory
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and during snowfall events.
