I'm hoping to find someone who would appreciate giving this beautiful piece of handcrafted furniture a second life.

This solid oak executive desk was custom-built for my family approximately 40 years ago by **Pine By Munro (Munro's Furnishings), owned by Bill and Jan Monro.** It has remained in our family ever since.

It's a beautiful, substantial piece of furniture featuring multiple drawers, a large work surface, gorgeous wood grain, and traditional craftsmanship that you don't often see anymore.

The desk does show some wear from age and use, but it would make a fantastic restoration or refinishing project for someone who appreciates quality wooden furniture.

**The desk has already been disassembled and is COMPLETELY FREE!**

We're not looking to make any money from it. We'd simply love to see it go to someone who appreciates its history and craftsmanship rather than see it end up being thrown away.

**We're especially hoping to reach furniture restoration businesses, woodworkers, antique furniture enthusiasts, woodworking students, charities, or anyone who might be interested in restoring or repurposing it.**

If you know someone in Barrie or the surrounding areas who might be interested, please tag them or share this post. We'd genuinely appreciate the help finding this desk a new home!

**Please feel free to share! We'd really love to see this beautiful piece of our family's history go to someone who will appreciate it for many more years to come.**
