Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven on-site Senior Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive experience working with complex datasets, and the ability to develop machine learning models and data-driven solutions that support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop, train, test, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
- Design and implement statistical models and data science strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and management teams to solve complex problems.
- Build data pipelines and improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Communicate technical findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve existing analytical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with big data technologies and production machine learning systems.
- Experience translating business requirements into practical data-driven solutions.
