You’ll be cooking:

Kothu roti and curries (chicken, mutton, butter chicken, paneer)
Wings with 100 sauces and dry rubs
Smash burgers and sandwiches
Wraps and quesadillas
Loaded fries and poutine

Requirements:

Strong experience with Tamil / Sri Lankan cooking
Comfortable on the grill and fryer
Able to work evenings and late nights
Fast and clean in a busy kitchen
Reliable and on time
