This live-in position includes a 1-bedroom apartment, parking, and utilities, making it an excellent opportunity for an organized individual to ensure our building remains a safe, clean, and well-managed home for our tenants. Key duties include: - Maintaining interior and exterior common areas, including the lower-level basement - Collecting rent and reporting late payments to management - Monitoring security cameras and maintaining detailed logs - Cleaning garbage and recycling areas - Handling minor repairs and maintaining lighting in hallways and entrances - Sealing and repairing potential animal entry points - Advertising units, responding to inquiries, and showing apartments - Preparing units for move-ins and move-outs while logging damage reports - Monitoring assigned parking spots - Communicating respectfully with tenants and management - Managing tenant concerns and reporting to management immediately - Purchasing small supplies and keeping accurate records - Maintaining building records and repair logs - Performing daily property checks.
