GreyWolf Outdoor is hiring sidewalk snow crew members for the 2026/27 winter season. This is an entry-level role: you’ll clear walkways at commercial properties using sidewalk machines and snowblowers, with training provided.

Pay:
• $7,000 guaranteed standby ($1,400/month, Nov 15 to Apr 15), paid whether it snows or not
• Competitive hourly rate on top for all hours worked

Why work with us:
• Equipment does the heavy lifting, so there’s far less shovelling than typical sidewalk crews
• Learn equipment operation with no prior experience required
• Local routes: Markham, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Ajax/Pickering
• Team approach. Crews help each other finish routes.
• App-based time tracking, site check-in/out, and site maps for every location

Requirements:
• On call nights, weekends and holidays all season
• Dependable, punctual and safety-minded
• Comfortable working outdoors in winter
• Valid Ontario G licence an asset
