WE’RE HIRING – SMT HAND SOLDERING OPERATOR!

Are you experienced in electronics manufacturing and hand soldering? We’re looking for qualified candidates to join our team!

Location: Airport Road & Steeles Avenue East
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
⏰ Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Perform hand soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Inspect solder joints to ensure quality and accuracy.

Identify and correct soldering defects when necessary.

Follow technical instructions and production procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:
✅ Previous hands-on SMT hand soldering experience is required.
✅ Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work with small electronic components.
✅ Ability to follow instructions and quality control procedures.
✅ Reliable, punctual, and committed to the position.
