Job Duties: 
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the company to understand project objectives, communication goals, and branding requirements, and transform written or spoken ideas into compelling digital animations and multimedia visual content.
- Develop storyboards, layouts, and graphic elements for digital animations, videos, and interactive media to communicate key messages effectively.
- Produce high-quality digital animations, motion graphics, and multimedia content with digital media animation and compositing software, managing every step of the production process from initial concept and storyboard to final deliverable.
- Have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing principles to determine the most appropriate visual style, animation style, and digital media format for each project.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative digital media content, animations, and visual effects that meet business goals.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards, brand expectations, accurately communicate ideas, and appropriately represent the company or client.
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing design processes, identify flaws, establish guidelines and create solutions that enhance visual quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
- Update and maintain internal databases for digital media assets, animations, visual effects elements, and video content to support ongoing design and communication projects.


Qualifications:
1.Completion of a university degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field.
2.A minimum of three years of professional work experience in digital media animation, including creating animated content for product demonstrations, promotional videos, and other digital media projects.
3.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, with experience using animation and digital illustration software.
4.Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, branding, and visual storytelling, with the ability to translate creative concepts into effective visual designs.
