We are looking for a reliable and experienced truck dispatcher / bookkeeper to join our growing team. The candidate must be organized, professional, and able to manage drivers and loads efficiently.

This is a full-time salary position.

Job Responsibilities:
-Dispatch drivers and coordinate loads
-Communicate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery times
-Track loads and provide updates
-Work with brokers and customers
-Ensure drivers follow schedules and routes
-Solve issues that arise during transit
=Track company income and expenses
=Driver payroll & owner operator settlements

Requirements:
=Previous dispatching experience preferred
=Knowledge of Loadlink, Truckstop, and TQL
=Experience with border clearance ACE Manifest
=Invoice customers and ensure timely billing after delivery
-Ability to work independently
-Good communication and organization skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-English speaking and writing required
