Available Positions

1. Financial Associates

Assist individuals and families in understanding financial solutions, including insurance protection, financial planning, retirement strategies, and wealth-building concepts.

2. Senior Managers

Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop teams while supporting business growth, performance, and professional development.

3. Trainers

Help onboard, educate, and develop new associates through structured training, coaching, and mentorship programs.

Who We’re Looking For

* Motivated individuals with a positive attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Individuals passionate about helping others
* Self-driven professionals with leadership potential
* Team players who are eager to learn and grow
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, management, or financial services is an asset but not mandatory
* Willingness to complete applicable licensing requirements for regulated financial services roles
