Turnover Cleaner, Paid Per Job (Oakville / Halton)

NextTenant: Casual to start, with more work as we grow. $55-$115 per job 4% vacation pay.

We're NextTenant, a new local company that gets rental units spotless and move-in ready between tenants for landlords and property managers in Oakville, Burlington and Milton.

What you'll do
- Deep-clean empty apartments and houses: kitchens, inside appliances, bathrooms, baseboards, floors
- Follow our checklist and take before/after photos on your phone
- Some Airbnb turnovers: fresh linens and restocking

Pay
- Flat rate per job: $55 (studio) up to $115 (house), plus 4% vacation pay
- Bonuses for quality, plus mileage between same-day jobs
- Always at least Ontario minimum wage for the hours you work
- Products and supplies provided

You'll need
- A clean criminal record check (we reimburse it after your 3rd job)
- Two work references we can call
- Cleaning, housekeeping or hospitality experience
- A G licence and your own car
- A willingness to learn our way of doing things and take feedback
- Availability at month-end (around the 28th to the 3rd) and some weekends

How it starts: a quick phone chat, then a paid trial clean. Reliable people get first pick of jobs as we grow.
