FIVE INCREDIBLE GUITARS. SIX WEEKS. ONE VERY PERSONAL REASON.

Friends, I need your help.

I have six weeks to sell $15,000 worth of tickets just to cover the costs of this year’s Rock Out 4 Jack fundraiser. That’s our break-even point. Getting beyond it is what allows this event to provide meaningful support for Jack’s care and future.

As his dad, that means everything to me.

Jack lives with CHARGE Syndrome, a rare and medically complex condition. He is entirely deaf, visually impaired, tube-fed and non-verbal. He also lives with severe autism and epilepsy and requires around-the-clock care.

He has endured 21 surgeries and more than two years in hospital at CHEO. Yet a simple wink from Jack—his way of expressing happiness, hello or love—can still light up my whole day.

I’ve been living with aggressive cancer for years. One of my greatest worries is making sure Jack will have the care, supplies and stability he needs when I can no longer be there for him.

That’s the heart behind Rock Out 4 Jack.
