Student Room Available — Truro | $683.33/month | November 1st!!

Looking for a female student to take over my room in a student house starting November 1st!

Rent: $683.33/month
Utilities: Electricity/power separate; water included
️ Room: Spacious enough for a double bed, desk & dresser
Storage: Large closet with plenty of room for clothes
‍ House: Currently shared with 2 other students

Great location!
The house is close to J&L Grocery, which has great pizza, as well as a Sobeys and gas station — making groceries and essentials really convenient.

I’m currently living in Saskatchewan, so my subtenant will be showing the room/house to interested renters, so you’ll be able to see it in person before deciding.

✨ Looking for someone to move in November 1st, preferably a female student.

Message me at (306) 514-3990 if interested or if you have any questions!
