Extra $20 for a suspension/steering and brake inspection while doing tire change over.
Extra $20 for an engine bay, fluids and battery check.

Both additional services do not include installing parts or adding fluids.

P.S. If your winter tires have lost considerable air pressure ( 5 psi) over the summer, it may be better to seek out a tire shop.
