Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs at residential and commercial properties ✅ Requirements: Previous experience in handyman work,
Complete drywall repairs,
patching, painting, and touch-ups
Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Repair doors, locks, cabinets, fixtures, and hardware
Complete caulking, trim, flooring, and other general repairs property maintenance, renovation, or construction
Strong knowledge of general building repairs and maintenance
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills HVAC and boiler knowledge is an asset
Appliance repair/troubleshooting experience is an asset
Own tools required Valid G Driver’s Licence Personal vehicle is an asset Ability to travel between commercial and residential properties Fuel/mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle for work-related travel
