Vintage Juki MO-634 Serger – Mint, Metal Frame, Serviced

Up for sale is a vintage Juki MO-634 overlock serger in mint condition. It was made in Japan in the early 1990s, during Juki’s golden era, and it’s ready to sew today.

It’s a 2-needle, 4-thread serger that also does 3-thread. It has colour-coded threading guides and differential feed, so it handles knits, stretch fabrics and wovens easily. You get clean, professional seams and finished edges on clothing, alterations, quilting and home décor projects.

✅ Heavy-duty metal frame and mechanism. Open the front cover and you’ll see solid die-cast metal and steel parts, not the plastic internals of many budget sergers today. That’s why these machines are still running strong after 30 years.
✅ Professionally serviced at Johnson’s Sewing Centre with a complete service and general adjustments. I have the work order.
✅ Threaded and tested. It’s threaded with beige thread, and a sample stitch is shown in the photos.
