It is a strip mall with 3 stores . it also has 2 entrances going to the upper level that has 4 residential units and then 5 more residential unit in the back of the building at the main level.

We would require the L shaped parking lot to be cleared as well as the walk way leading to the units in the back. Tenants are responsible for their own patio areas that are fenced in.

The store front walk way as well as the 2 entrances to the upper level would require clearing also.
