JOB DETAILS:
Position: Farm Supervisor
Wage: $27.98 per hour (40 to 70 hours per week during peak season)
Employment Type: Full Time (2 years)
Start Date: As early as February 15, 2027
Vacancies: 1 position available

REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English, Spanish is an asset
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Authorization: You must be legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent
resident, or valid work permit holder)
Availability: On-site work only

YOUR TASKS (WHAT YOU'LL DO):
Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
Organize tasks to accomplish the work
Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
Maintain quality control and production records
Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Inspect product quality and readiness for market
Perform general farm duties

WORK CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Fast-paced environment
Repetitive tasks and work under pressure
Handling heavy loads
Physically demanding – standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
Outdoor work (exposed to heat, wet/damp conditions)
Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail required
