What Our Day-Of Coordination Service Includes:

- Initial consultation to review your wedding plans - in person or online, the choice is yours!
- Coordination with your venue and vendors on the wedding day
- Vendor arrival and setup supervision
- Décor placement supervision for pre-arranged items
- Ceremony coordination, including the processional and recessional
- Cueing speeches, dinner, dances, cake cutting, and other special events
- Coordination with your DJ/MC, photographer, and videographer
- Placement of personal items according to your instructions
- A wedding-day emergency kit
- Troubleshooting unexpected wedding-day issues

**⏰ Up to 8 hours of wedding-day coordination included!**
Introductory Price: $700

Several years of experience working with weddings, and together, we are bringing our coordination services to more couples!

Additional coordination hours can be arranged for an extra fee. Teardown assistance can also be discussed in advance; heavy lifting is not included.
