Direct from our family ranch in the foothills of Southern Alberta has been raising top quality beef for three generations.
We pride ourselves in raising all-natural beef that is tender, flavorful and healthy.
1. Tenderness- Using DNA we are able to choose breeding stock that produce well-marbled, tender meat.
2. Flavor- The exceptional flavor of our beef comes from genetics and a natural diet of native grass and herbs.
3. Healthy- Our beef cattle receive no growth hormones and their diet is free of fertilizer and herbicide.
How To Order
Our beef is sold by the side.
A side of beef weighs on average 350-400 lbs hanging weight.
Price: $8 per pound hanging weight. Not including cutting and wrapping. The beef is government inspected.
• Deposit is due with your order
• Balance due at slaughter
• All butchering / processing fees are paid by customer directly to the butcher. He will provide you all instructions and tailor your cuts to your liking.
