Condominium On-site Manager

Stonecrest Condominiums are located at 270 Fairhaven Road in Lindenwoods. It has 157 condos located in 3 four-storey buildings and 20 townhouses.
Stonecrest is looking for a highly organized and physically fit person to do routine maintenance as well as coordinate contractors and trades. The Onsite Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors and works under minimal supervision.
If you like a regular routine, this job is not for you! The manager plans the day; adapts to change; keeps records; and handles owner relations with tact and diplomacy.
He/she Must:
• Be able to demonstrate a proven history of:
o Having good interpersonal skills on the job as well as working with the public
o Having good verbal and written communication skills
o Record keeping
• Using MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Be physically able to kneel, crouch and climb; as well as lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 40 lbs; and be able to shovel snow.
• Have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to pass a criminal record check.
• Have a car and valid driver’s license.
He/she is Preferred to:
• Have some post secondary education.
• Have 1 year’s experience working in commercial building operations.
• Be familiar with building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Have recommendations.
Dress: Casual
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $25 - $30/hour depending on qualifications
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours/day
