We are looking for reliable, hardworking people to assist with wiring and assembling controller boxes, indoor and outdoor property maintenance, and yard work.

Location: Markham, near Highway 7 and Leslie Street. Ideally, applicants should live nearby so the commute is practical for part-time work. University students are welcome to apply.

Duties include:
- Assisting with wiring and assembling controller boxes.
- Helping with indoor and outdoor maintenance and minor repairs.
- Lawn mowing, gardening, weeding, raking, and general property upkeep.

Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Quick to learn and able to follow instructions.
- Comfortable with hands-on work indoors and outdoors.
- Able to work independently.
