Seeking Private Owner-Financed Land ($20k–$45k Range)

Description
Hi everyone,

I’m putting this ad out there hoping to connect with someone who might be open to a creative, private arrangement.

I know it’s a big thing to ask, and I fully understand that—I’ve gotten a lot of no's already, which I genuinely understand. But it’s one of those things where if you don't try, you'll never know. To be completely clear: I am not looking for a handout. I am a hardworking guy, and I am fully willing to pay for the land, pull my own weight, and earn my way—I just need someone to give me the chance to do it.

My name is Peter, and due to being on a disability fixed income, traditional bank financing right from day one just isn't an option for me. But I refuse to let that stop me. I'm stuck living the city life sitting on disability doing absolutely nothing every day, and I want something so bad to actually be able to do something with my life. I'm not getting any younger, and my dream is to get out into the wilderness, find a small piece of land, and create something of my own that I can be proud of—and eventually leave something behind for my kids that they can be proud of, too.

My Vision:
My long-term dream is to build a peaceful, low-impact, off-grid setup out in nature—envisioning a neat little area featuring connected tripod dome houses on stilts where I can live sustainably and completely self-reliant.

I am looking for a small, affordable lot, acreage, or recreational lease (roughly in the $20,000 to $45,000 price range) where an owner might be open to a private, seller-financed agreement.

This could also be a great fit for an older landowner or pensioner holding onto land or acreage who might appreciate a quiet, private, steady stream of extra monthly income without dealing with banks or red tape.

Here is what I am proposing:

Steady Monthly Payments: I would make consistent monthly payments (including interest) over a set term until the property is paid off in full.

Refinancing Option: Once I've made steady payments and built up equity through this process, my goal would be to transition into a traditional loan or use that equity to pay off the remaining balance in a lump sum, cashing the seller out early.

Legitimate Contract: I want everything done right. We can have a proper, legally binding contract drawn up and signed so both sides are fully protected.

Labor & Upkeep: Depending on the distance, I am more than happy to pitch in with labor, property cleanup, or maintenance to back up my commitment.

Respecting the Land: Just to be completely transparent—I wouldn't start any major building or construction without full agreement and compliance, giving the owner total peace of mind throughout the term.

If you have a piece of land that’s been sitting, or if you're someone who is willing to give a hardworking guy an honest chance to follow his dream and earn his way, I would love to talk and see if we can make something work.
