About Us:
Nordform Construction Group Inc. is a specialized commercial interior subcontractor serving Toronto and the GTA. We focus on Division 10 (demountable architectural walls, acoustic pods) and Division 8 (interior glazing, aluminum office fronts, and door hardware).

Who We Are Looking For:

We are expanding our field crews and looking for two tiers of reliable tradespeople to work alongside our Field Lead:

1. Lead / Experienced Architectural Wall & Systems Installers: Hands-on experience installing Teknion (TekVue, Altos), Moodwall (P3/P4), DIRTT, Haworth, or similar demountable glass partition systems. Able to read shop drawings, shoot laser control lines, plumb jambs, scribe/shim tracks to uneven slabs, hang heavy tempered/laminated glass, and calibrate sliding/pivot door hardware and acoustic drop-seals.

2. Commercial Finish Carpenters / Metal & Wood Framers:

Mandatory Requirements & Certifications (For Commercial GTA Sites): Valid Working at Heights (WAH) certification (CPO-approved); Valid WHMIS 2015 & Ontario Worker Health & Safety Awareness (4-Step); CSA-approved steel-toe boots, hard hat, high-vis vest, and basic hand/cordless tools; reliable transportation to commercial job sites across the GTA
