Downtown Properties | Seasonal Positions Available

We are seeking 4 reliable and hardworking individuals to join our winter snow maintenance team servicing commercial and residential properties in the downtown area.

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
Snow shoveling and ice removal around commercial and residential properties
Applying ice melt and other de-icing materials
Maintaining safe walkways, stairs, entrances, and sidewalks
Responding to snow events during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet service standards
Qualifications
Previous snow removal or winter maintenance experience required
Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in challenging winter conditions
Dependable, punctual, and able to work on short notice during snow events
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
Reliable transportation to downtown work locations is required
Experience operating snow removal equipment is considered an asset
