Most importantly, we are looking for a genuinely decent person—someone who is honest, respectful, responsible, reliable and easy to work with. Quality workmanship and good communication are essential.

Requirements:

• Registered painting business and valid business licence
• Active WCB coverage
• Liability insurance
• GST number
• Own vehicle, tools and painting equipment
• Interior painting experience
• Ability to complete drywall repairs, preparation, walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors and frames
• Dependable crew or sufficient manpower when required
• Ability to meet strict schedules and leave units clean
• Professional and respectful behaviour around tenants and property-management staff
