Nuvo Investments needs a cleaner or cleaning team for our 10-unit apartment building on Valley Way, Niagara Falls (near the GO station). Start ASAP. Solo cleaners and teams are both welcome.

JOB 1 - Deep clean of 5 vacant units (studios and 2-bedrooms): kitchen (inside cupboards, fridge and stove), bathroom, floors, baseboards, windows and sills. Units need to be ready for new tenants. Paying $150 per unit.

JOB 2 - Deep clean of the common areas, which are very dirty: vacuum and mop all hallways and stairs, wipe railings, doors and light switches, clean the entrance glass and remove garbage. Paying $75 per visit. After the first clean this can become regular weekly or every-two-weeks work for the right person.

Please use your own products and equipment. We will pay for your supplies on top, so include the cost when you contact us.

Independent contractor, paid on invoice. You will have keys to the vacant units, so a police check is preferred.
