8:00am to 2:00pm Monday - Friday
Saturday 2:00pm - 9:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 6:00pm

Weekly Evenings:
Times limited, subject to negotiation.

Ideal for yoga, Pilates, tai chi, qigong, gentle fitness, stretching, and meditation. Private group/personal training for other martial arts programs can be discussed.

The room:
- 1,600 sq ft of open, soft matted floor — kind on knees and joints, ideal for floor work, barefoot classes, and flowing movement
- Bright, even overhead lighting and a high ceiling
- Mirror wall along one side, so instructors and students can check form
- Clear open centre with room for 30 mats and space to move — training equipment stays neatly around the perimeter, out of the teaching area
- Clean, quiet, professional space inside an established Aurora martial arts school

Terms: $50/hour for a recurring weekly block, prepaid monthly, 3-month minimum; $75/hour for one-off bookings. Tour available, first trial hour discounted. Renters carry their own liability insurance.
