THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL SOFA BED.
For sale: an American Leather Brynlee Comfort Sleeper sectional. It is two pieces: a queen sleeper sofa and a matching chaise lounge, in rich Sierra Chocolate top-grain leather. It retailed for over $14,000 at Cottswood Interiors in Edmonton, and I have the original paperwork. Made at American Leather's factory in Dallas, Texas in 2017.
Barely used. NO Pets or kids
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT FROM OTHER SOFA BEDS
• No bars, no springs, no sagging. The patented Tiffany 24/7 system unfolds into a solid, flat platform, so there is no metal bar in your back.
• Queen bed with a true 80" length. Tall guests can stretch right out.
• Premier foam mattress with a waterproof, stain-resistant, antimicrobial Crypton cover.
• Opens in seconds: lift the handles and walk back.
• Zero wall clearance. It sits right against the wall and still opens.
• Dust cover underneath keeps the mattress clean.
AS A SOFA
• Thick top-grain leather with a protected finish that resists spills and stains.
• Two pieces: a queen sleeper sofa and a full-length chaise lounge to put your feet up.
• Clean modern track arms and brushed metal legs.
• No added flame-retardant chemicals.
• Original American Leather tags still attached.
VERY HEAVY But
It comes apart into smaller sections to fit through narrow doors and hallways. The original American Leather disassembly instructions and owner's booklet are included.
$4,500 – a fraction of the $14,000 retail price.
