• We are looking for a nice, clean, and tidy roommate who will stay at the apartment for at least 4-5 months. Longer staying is also possible.

The place on rent is suitable for somebody who studies/works and parties outside.

• clean and tidy (makes the bed nicely, keeps the house clean and tidy, doesn't make a mess, etc)
