Winter is here and we need more crews.

Golden Angel has residential and commercial snow routes across Calgary, and we’re adding subcontractors for the 2026/2027 season. If you have a truck and a plow sitting idle after every snowfall, we have work for it.

The work:
Driveways, walkways and steps on the residential side. Parking lots, sidewalks, sanding and hauling on the commercial side. You can take one type or both.

How it works:
Snow falls, we send you your route with addresses and site notes. You clear it, you send confirmation, you get paid. No bidding, no chasing clients, no collecting money. We handle the customers, you handle the snow.

You need:
Your own equipment, your own vehicle, WCB coverage, real snow experience, and a crew that answers the phone at 5am when it dumps.

You get:
Set routes for the whole season, not scattered one-off calls. Payment on a fixed schedule. One person to call when something goes wrong. More routes next season if this one goes well.

We’d rather keep the same crews year after year than retrain new ones every November, so we pay fairly and we don’t waste your time.

To get on the list, message us with:
Company name, your name and number, equipment list, crew size, years of experience, and which parts of the city you can cover.
