Location and access: directly on Highway 71, near Sioux Narrows.

Geology and history: the claim covers a narrow quartz-carbonate vein and shear zone in Archean metavolcanics along a northwest-trending structure. A 1988 drill hole cut a narrow gold interval (about 0.3 m), but most of the 1988 core was low grade, and holes drilled in 1991 did not repeat it. Work was limited to drilling in 1988 and 1991, with no modern geophysics or resource estimate. All work is historical (not NI 43-101, not current). Assessment file 52E08SE8180.

Price and terms: $24,500 CAD. Requests are handled first come, first served. A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is invoiced and due within 24 hours, then the balance goes by wire within 5 business days, followed by the MLAS transfer. The buyer pays any transfer fees. All sales are final once started.

Year 1 is free. After that, assessment work is 1 cell × $400 = $400 a year (verify on MLAS). You need a valid Ontario Prospector's Licence to hold a mining claim. Mining claim only, not land; surface rights are not included.
