Precaution
1. Ensure the power supply meets the power requirements of the machine, and reliable grounding is achieved.
2. Keep fingers, cloths and tools away from rollers and cutters while running to avoid pinching injury. Keep long hair and loose clothing clear of moving parts.

3. Use properly kneaded dough. Over-soft or wet dough easily sticks and jams the machine. No hard debris or sand in dough to prevent scratching rollers and cutters.

4. If jammed, unplug power first. Wait until rollers stop completely before clearing blocked dough. Never forcibly feed dough when powered on.

5. Unplug before cleaning, disassembling or replacing parts.

6. Do not let children operate the machine.

Product Features
Dough Roller
The stainless steel roller has a smooth surface to reduce dough sticking and produce even dough sheets. It is sturdy, resistant to wear, rust and corrosion, not prone to deform with long service life.

Cutter Set
The integrated dual-cutter set is designed for making 3mm round noodles. Precisely machined teeth deliver clean cuts for uniform noodles that do not stick easily. It resists deformation and chipping after long use.
　

Operation Method
1. Place the machine steadily on a dry and sturdy countertop. Confirm the power supply is 110V and check for faults.
2. Adjust the knob to set the desired dough sheet thickness.

3. Turn on the power switch, and feed rested dough into the hopper. The rollers will automatically roll out even dough sheets.

4. After rolling the sheet, switch to the cutter mode. Feed the sheet into the cutter to make noodles.

5. Turn off power and unplug after use. Clean away the flour residue only after rollers stop completely.
