NOW HIRING – COMMERCIAL SNOW REMOVAL HAND CREW

Mianna Management and Contracting is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal hand crew for the upcoming winter season.

Location: Markham & Richmond Hill, Ontario

Job Responsibilities:

- Shovelling snow from commercial walkways and sidewalks
- Clearing building entrances, exits, steps and landings
- Applying salt and ice melt as required
- Keeping commercial properties safe and accessible throughout the winter

Requirements:

- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Must be available during snow events, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Must be dependable, punctual and physically capable of snow removal work
- Previous snow removal experience is an asset

Equipment:
All snow removal equipment and supplies will be provided by Mianna Management and Contracting.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly pay
- Weekly standby pay
- Both hourly rate and weekly standby pay will be determined based on experience
