Employee and Subcontract Snow Clearing labor Positions.

#1) Employee position. 18$ per hour to start.
Travel with our crews in our company trucks, Hand shovel and snowblower effort to clear residential driveways. 12- 14-hour shifts are common. Early morning starts are standard. Work with every snowfall all winter. After the winter full time Monday – Saturday work in the spring available. By weekly formal pay by cheque. Experience in snow and landscape laborer, drivers license and own transportation as asset. Applicant must have an unrestricted schedule, those working part time or in school part time may not be suitable for the required schedule.

#2) Subcontract work and pay by the hour. You have your own small business, you provide your own truck, shovels and work alone or with one extra helper. ½ to full day shift. 6am – 10 pm normal working times. Work scheduled with every snowfall 5cm . Residential driveway hand shovel and or snowblower use.

Work with us for the balance of the winter with every new snow fall. Prove how hard you can work and you groom into a full-time job with us this spring.
Well above minimum wage, with increases based on your positive attitude, on time record and NO BS approach to hard work.
Minimum requirements to apply
Fluent in English. Can write and read clearly.
Own cell phone.
Clean and neat in appearance.
On time and hard working every shift.
