Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations and manage office staff
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Manage budgets and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours: [3-4hours daily Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM]
