We are currently seeking experienced framing subcontractor crews to join our team, with a focus on site-based pre-fabrication panel construction for residential homes.

Year-round work available for 1–2 crews (minimum 4-person crew)

Projects are primarily residential builds

Competitive square footage rates plus performance bonuses

Requirements:

Proven experience in framing and pre-fab panel assembly

A commitment to quality and ability to meet project timelines

Fully equipped crew with own trailer and tools

Must be incorporated and carry:

Liability insurance

WCB coverage

Valid first aid certification

Zoom boom certification

Fall protection & rigging training
